Every investment result obtained by KIM MONEY MARKET SHARIA will be recorded and increase the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the mutual fund. The Investment Manager has the authority to distribute or not distribute the investment results by considering long-term investment objectives, as well as determining the size and form of distribution to Participation Unit Holders, both in the form of cash and new Participation Units proportionally. The distribution decision will be notified in writing, and the implementation will be carried out no later than seven Exchange Days after the distribution date, where the cash distribution will be made by transfer to the account of the Participation Unit Holder with the bank fees being their responsibility. The distribution of investment results will cause the NAV per Participation Unit to be corrected, while if the investment results are not distributed, the Unit Holder can sell some or all of their Units. In addition, the Investment Manager is obliged to separate and clean income that contains non-halal elements so that the investment returns received by Participation Unit Holders are completely clean in accordance with sharia principles.
