Every investment return obtained by KIM FIXED INCOME SHARIA from the invested funds, if any, will be recorded in KIM FIXED INCOME SHARIA thereby increasing the Net Asset Value, with the Investment Manager having the authority to distribute or not distribute the proceeds and determine the amount for Participation Unit Holders; if it is decided to be distributed, the distribution will be made simultaneously to all Participation Unit Holders in the form of cash or new Participation Units proportionally and consistently, with prior written notification, and the distribution will correct the Net Asset Value per Participation Unit, where the distribution in the form of Participation Units will be converted by the Custodian Bank based on the Net Asset Value on the Exchange Day when the instruction is submitted no later than seven Exchange Days after the distribution date, while the distribution in cash will be transferred in Rupiah to the Participation Unit Holder's account within the same period as all bank fees. be borne by the Participation Unit Holder; If the Investment Manager does not distribute investment returns, the Participation Unit Holder can resell the Participation Units owned, and the Investment Manager is obliged to separate income containing non-halal elements from halal ones in accordance with the wealth cleansing mechanism in the Collective Investment Contract so that the investment results received by the Participation Unit Holder are clean from non-halal elements.
